Returns & Exchanges

• You received a different product from the one you ordered.
• Your order is missing an item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

The product should be unused and in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the product and the problem

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return after being opened or used for hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons. Any product-specific return restrictions will be stated on the relevant product page.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed according to the applicable payment method and circumstances of the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

The time required for a refund to be received may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, we will provide an appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, our standard return policy will apply.
